I have a single car garage door. The door has four sections. The bottom section that touches the driveway has a joint coming apart and two other joints on the verge. The panels on the bottom section are loose as a result. I need the bottom board replaced or the bottom section replaced (whichever is easier). Rubber seal on bottom needs replaced. The other three sections are good, hardware is good, automatic garage door operation is good. Once repaired, I will paint.
